B20 PCV 444-544

Thanks for the feedback, both you and Joaquin. For now I will clean / replace the mesh in the oil cap.
I have the teardrop shaped oil trap, I will check for the rolled up piece of brass foil in the tube. Does this need to be cleaned periodically also?

I also have a filler cap with the tube on top and a nipple for the manifold. Actually, the B18 was set up this way when I bought the car but was told to remove it. On the B18's reverse flow, that was probably the right thing to do.

So, if I put the connection back from the oil cap to the intake manifold do you think the problem is solved?

There was a new PCV system, all hoses, oil trap and air cleaner hook up on Ebay about a week ago. I can kick myself for not bidding on it.
