CHEAP HEAD TRICKS 120-130 1965

Hello all, I was forced to remove the head from my 122 today after checking the comppression(90/120/125/120 Taken with cold engine). The #1 exhaust valve has recessed itself into the head, so new hardend seats are on the way. My question is there any must-do's, or should do's to improve the power. The base of the engine is solid so I don't want to go there at this time. I have read in the past about high ratio rockers, What are they from(chev, ford ect) or are they special order? Are dual valve springs really neccecary(I want the least amount of down-time/cost possible) and can they be had locally(IE Quebec).
Thank you all for gathering the experiance before me to pass on to future enthusiasts.

Merci

Yvan
