91 940 Turbo--New radiator, still get 1-2-3 Engine Coolant Code 900 1991

@#%^ I cant go on Vacation!!!
My 1991 Volvo 940 Turbo first came up with a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT and a 1-2-3 Coolant Code back in early Spring..
I changed the thermostat.
I changed the sensor.
I flushed the radiator.
I hardwired the sensor to the Computer in case their was a
wire break.
I CHANGED the radiator. The 1-2-3 code went away for 1 month!!!
SIGH Now its back again. I am totally lost, wondering whether I have a Head gasket leak. Any ideas?
PLEASE HELP OR I WILL BE HOME on 4 JULY
