Costco buggered up my alloy changing tire . . . 200

I bought new alloys recently for my Volvo and then got a flat. Costco repairs flats if you're a member, but when I got it back the alloy was all scratched up; first around the entire circle in from the edge, and then miscellaneous scratches on the front and around the bolt holes. It looks more like the alloy plastic finish was scratched off. This despite a sign saying they employ some European machine that presumably is careful about this sort of thing. What to do? Any suggestions? Can it be fixed? Thanks, Fred
