93 240 seat heating and dash light help 200 1993

Hi,

I recently bought a 93 240 diesel sedan.
All is working wonderful except for 3 things:

1 The front seat heating doesn't work, if I flip the switch the light does not turn on, and well it just doesn't work.
Can you guys walk me through the possible failing points (I have checked the fuses in the fuse box, but it seems that there's another fuse under the seat- connecting the wiring, is this right?)

2 the dashboard foglight is broken, the fog light works but the switch doesn't light up. Can I remove the plug to change the bulb or do I have to remove the panel.

3 the bottom row of the center console ventilation switches is not illuminated, the top row is => another broken bulb i guess. How can I acces this center console?

Thanks in advance.

Happy Bricking,

Dietbrand
