High beam wiring problem 200 1988

Bob, a good clear wiring outline but one minor (?) point...

"15........two - red from light switch, blue to terminal 81a which powers lights when using flasher.

Thanks to my hand lens, I see the red wire coming from WD item #2, the +12v buss near the battery (unfused source). But I'm still not clear on Eesti's problem or what has been rewired.
