External Fuel Pump Bracket Replacement 1800Es

Hello All!

finally worked up the energy to replace the fuel lines running all around the fuel pump in front of the tank. Of course, the bracjet holding the pump has broken it's bolts and rubber mounts. Is there a replacement for this bracket and rubber mount? Also, I notice there is a rubber tube coming off my rear axle on the driver's side. It has been disconnected and sealed off. I looked through the entire 73 Volvo manual, and found nothing about it. Anyone know what it is for?
