960 wheel type - steel or alloy? 900 1997

The car in question is '97 960 sedan.

I'm trying to figure out whether I should get a set of steel wheels or not.
If the car was local, I'd go look at it myself, but it's not. I don't think I know how to explain to my father how to distinguish steel vs. alloy. Even if I did, I don't think he'll be able to tell me without any doubt.

So... it's got leather seats and sunroof. Did these come with alloy wheels or steels?
