Long overdue rear shocks replacement 200

I have had my 88 240 wagon for about 6 months now and the handling is, lets just say not that good. It has about 180k miles and I have a suspicion that its still wearing its original shocks, the rear end sags quite a bit ,kinda reminds me of my dog having his morning poo.I am wondering what kind of shocks I should purchase, I want to spend around 50 each on them, also I was wondering if it will be necessary to change the springs at this time. The front end is a little better, bumps are kinda harsh, even road reflectors send a pretty good thump up the steering shaft, but its still riding high unlike the back end. Is there any other routine matinence I should attend to while down there taking care of the other problems? Thanks in advance!
