What does code 113 in a LH 2.4 indicate? 200 1990

I have a Bently's - According to Bently's for the LH2.4 it means fault at Fuel Injector - According to this site's FAQ for the LH2.4 it means possible fault at o2 sensor - so now I'm asking which one is correct - also as a follow up - I reset the computer and I drive around and get a 232 - according to Bently's that means compensating for rich or lean condition at idle. If anyone could direct me where to start checking that'd be greatly appreciated. I changed everthing from the cat back including the 02 sesor about three months ago. I replaced the 561 ecu, changed the relay - nothing seems to help.
