A good point. You gotta live with'em somehow. My subdivision has lots that have a 200-foot frontage, so neighbors are not as close as many other areas, a circumstance I sometimes forget.

No, I would not want to sue a neighbor over a car, unless the money was a lot more. Even the threat of a suit should not be the "First Chip" on the board. Maybe an appeal to fairness - after all, neighbor did deny the 240 owner the ability to use and enjoy the car.
