What is worth saving from an overheated '89 B230FT?? 700 1989

I am in the process of disassembling my dead B230FT, original from my 1989 765T. It's quite a learning experience taking an engine apart, interesting to see how everything is put together.

I wondering what might be worth saving from the motor, I already have the oil cooler, turbo/manifold, and valve cover among other things... What other internals would be worth saving? The block is toast, as are the pistons, #1 has a big hole in it and will be saved as a souvenir for the previous owner. :)

Not sure if I'll keep the head, the overheat was pretty bad and I'm thinking the head might be cracked. Would the sodium filled exhaust valves be worth pulling?

Thanks,
Bean
