164 gas shocks causing oversteer??

Hi,

I recently bought an 164 and had to replace the rearshocks.
So I did, I put KYB gas shocks only for the rearwheels, front was unchanged.
The car was not in a driveble state when I bought it, and I have never driven a 164 before. The first testdrive was a bit disappoining, the car has a tendency to oversteer (compared to a 240) . To me useful in the city, but on the highway not.

And the bodyroll was more than expected.
If I understood it right installing a rear antiroll bar will make the oversteer tendency worse.

Could the rear gas shocks cause the oversteer?

Thanks,
wouter
