Seat rebuild kits 120-130 1968

I am keeper of a '68 122 wagon, and am now in a position where I must drive it fairly often.

1. The front seat bottoms are sagging a bit and I know that someone somewhere sells a rebuild kit for them. Would someone please help me?

2. The heater control "valve" (the one to which the "heat" lever connects and regulates the temp.) has frozen closed. Most likely because it has not been moved for a couple of years. Can it be unfrozen? Is it tough to remove it to work on it? It looks simple from the engine side, but that little tube on the inside looked menacing so I didn't follow it.

Thank you for the help.

Leeb
