power window problem (2nd try) 200 1992

If theres a problem with the motor, (slow, locked-up, etc) it will try to pull alot of current and drop the voltage down to 10v or lower. How much voltage do you have at the motor with the wires disconnected? If you have low voltage with the wires disconnected then you have a problem with the wiring or pwindow relay. Check the relay located behind the center console just behind the coin tray. Usually burned/oxidized contacts will supply some voltage (10.6v) but not enough current to power the window. Good Luck
