Header pipe fiasco 200

You're not it doodoo. The manifold is easy to remove and you should be able to get the old stud out rather easy (at least I did). I snapped all three on my 89. I removed the manifold, center-punched the broken studs and drilled them out going up with bigger drill bits until I was very close to the threads. I used a small punch to drive out the broken peices. The whole job took about an hour. I reused my old manifold to head gaskets and just sprayed them with copper coat.

Good luck,
Tony
