91-240 cooling system woes.

Hello,

2 options,
1) probably the best idea, take the temp comp board out and jump pins 1 & 3 together, see bb archive post:

http://www.brickboard.com/ARCHIVES/2001JAN/20125745.shtml

instructions from ipd here (in pdf formation), but they used a jumper they have, but you can make your own.

http://www.ipdusa.com/pdf/PI-297TempBypassKit.pdf

thanks to ipdusa-

2) take the temp compensation board off & scrape the pins with a knife--don't bend them, that's what i did and has worked since (2 years).

other bb archive post, other than temp board:
http://www.brickboard.com/ARCHIVES/1999AUG/20041307.shtml

should get you started. others probably have some good tips about this board.

regards,
