suggestions on a front bumper mounting fix? 120-130

Hey all,

I finally decided to tackle a mounting problem with my front bumber on my 122 sedan. The left side bolt holes in the rail/frame were ripped out at some time, long ago, and now it's rather rusty around there. The other side holes are fine.
I'm wondering if anybody might have some suggestions on how to go about fixing this.? I know it's probably going to take some custom welding.

On a side-note, does anybody know the specs on the original bolts (sizes and thread-pitch) that go into the mounting holes? I'll eventually need some new ones once I fix the left-hand mount problem.

Thanks!
