Damaged for sure 900 1993

I would rebelt it and do a leakdown compression test BEFORE trying to run it

bent valves can tearup the seats, guides, and seals a leakdown test will show bent valves not seating
[you can hear the air excape into the manafolds] maybe feel the bad valve by hand turning the motor to do the test but thats not a sure thing

if it passes the leakdown chances are better running it will not do to much dammage from slightly bent valves

anyway a poor running car is worth way more then a dead one if you plan to sell it!
