Having sold many items on ebay myself==I would say you were fair in giving the buyer nuetral feedback. Seems fair-your time was wasted buying an incorrectly described part-but-your money was returned- fair enough. All considered-the buyer should feel fortunate he did not receive negative feedback and I think you did the right thing. Many buyers wouldnt have been as easy to work with as you seem to have been about the deal. For these reasons, I think leaving feedback as deserved is a must in order for other ebayers can see others track record before getting involved with that person.
