headlights out, more info 200 1987

Hi,

I wrote earlier and was asked to give more info
on my headlights (which don't work):

1. Low beam and high beam don't work (both sides).
2. High beam flash works (both sides).
3. Corner lights do not work.
4. Tail lights do not work.
5. Parking lights work.
6. Brake lights work.

Any idea what the culprit might be?
