Got my overheated 240 back on the road! Yeah! 200 1990

So my 1990 240 is back on the road.The head had a small warp which was shaved and trued.New seals,dampers,valve adjustment.Replaced ECT sensor,old one was fried.Speaking of fried,so was the rear Timing belt cover!Replaced Timing belt,T-stat,all belts,rear cam seal,front seals,head gasket,exhaust gasket,intake gasket.New antifreeze and 2 oil changes.Water pump ok,resealed.So everything is ok except I have a slight shake in the engine.I am wondering if this is a vaccum leak some where?I will be looking for meteric size vaccum lines somewhere.What else could be causing this shake?It is almost like a miss or maybe low idle? The main culprit in all this mess was an aftermarket t-stat,unfamiliar name product.Also the warning signs were there,irregular temps. So if your temp gauge is acting up and even if you know you changed the t-stat,CHECK IT AGAIN!This t-stat failed in CLOSED position.Get a Volvo,Vernet or Beck-Arnley.Nothing else!Thanks for all your help and continued help!
PS Beats replacing the engine!
