AT Fluid Change through dip stick tube? 200

Well I've put off changing the tranny pan due to stripped drain plug by using a simple $10 drill pump and some plastic hose to suck out the fluid. Got as much out as I do when I could get the plug out. Added new fluid, drove her around and then did it again. Any reason I can't (or shouldn't) just continue to do this an leave things as they are? The drain plug is drip tight, just some butt head tightened it too far last time I did the AT fluid change.
