Name that car ! 1800

The most an 1800 ever had was 130 HP, just for a couple of years (70 and 71) - the B20E motor. Before that the B20B carbed motor had 115, and following that the B20F (detuned slightly for emissions) had 112.

I've been seeing posts over on Turbobricks where someone is turboing an I6 Volvo engine, I forget what car it is going tin to but I think it was a 240. I think I've seen another I6 into a 240 project over there as well. It fit better than I would have thought. The I6 engine is a little more compact on the ends than is the B20 - so you don't have to find quite as much length as you might think.

The I5 motors fit a little easier, and you can pair up a turbo'ed 850 motor with a RWD style transmission from a 960. I've seen a handful of I5 projects with the motor sitting where a pushrod motor used to be (1800, 140, 120).
