Thanks for suggestion Bob, my expert Volvo technician here in PDX also suggested I put more miles on the engine before completing leakdown test...

Engine seems to be running good so far. Haven't checked the compression however.

I also think the Weber DGV might be still a bit 'off', due to somewhat difficult starting when engine is hot. I thought there might be a flooding condition, but the plugs are dry and look OK (tan w/ black ring at base)
