I've bought three Nissen 3-row radiators from IPD in the past two years (one of my cars had an 15-yr old 3-row that finally started leaking, and I've since bought two more 240's that I promptly upgraded to 3-row).

Anyway, my point is that each time, the radiator came with a temperature sensor and metal "gasket" (like the oil sump drain plug's gasket) that screwed into the hole. So I'm sure that IPD can sell you a "replacement" sensor and gasket that would fit perfectly.
