advice on changing fpr 700

my fuel pressure regulator is bad and im finally getting around to changing it...does anyone have any words of advice? (its my first time changing it) or if you know a cheap place to get a new fpr that'd be great too



also...unrelated but a problem up here in the northeast with winter coming: my heating doesn't work. Blower motor is fine, and im assuming the vacuum motors are fine too since the AC works great. any help would be appreciated.
