No, it is impossible. Just remove some large screws from the backside on the plastic circuit board. Then the front housing will come off and you can get the bug out. It's really not that big of a deal, besides that you have to disconnect all the wires to the board. Take a picture, draw a diagram, or tape and label so you don't wonder where stuff goes.
