Looking at a 144 140-160 1969

I'm looking at a 69 144 but I don't know them as well as I know 240s. It's in pretty good shape with no appreciable rust I can find, including underneath. One minor dent in a rear fender; no big deal. Manual trans; seems to shift well in place, but tires are flat so I haven't been able to try it in motion.

B20 engine seems to be in okay condition; haven't yet checked the compression, which I will. Looks like it needs a seal or two; some oil around the front and left side. Car is complete except for some exterior trim pieces; I think it was a restoration project that never progressed very far.

Odometer reads 135K and I don't see any obvious reason to doubt it.

What else should I be looking for? The front suspension and steering look like they'll need a thorough going-through; are parts relatively available for 144s? How about trim parts? The exterior is missing some, and the interior will need some work; it's intact but dirty and some things have been removed, but are still in the car.

This is a possible project car -- the rust-free body is the most important thing to me, as I don't have body-work skills. What other issue might I find if I look in the right places? How much is a 144 worth nowadays, as project cars go?
