I use Mobil 1. I drain every 20k per the schedule and flush every 100k. Every time I flush, I discover the fluid is still clean and decide to up the interval. I am coming to the conclusion that a tranny should be flushed once with synthetic, then just drained regularly, with no more flushing required for the life of the tranny.
