I've got the same 3-2-1 code on my Regina 740; according to the FAQs here the fault lies in the fuel injection relay - but I can't see that being the case, wouldn't it cut power to the main injectors too? Anyhow, I'm not concerned about it, it always takes 2 full revolutions to start but then it does start, every time, and I'd like to believe that the extra cranking time gives some additional oil pressure at start-up.
