Hi Chris,

The only listed POR-15 dealer in NS is Stright-MacKay marine supplies (www.stright-mackay.com). I guess I'll order it from them, should get here pretty quick. Yeah, you're probably right about packing abrasives into the seams. My mechanic has a little air grinder that uses little (about 2" dia) fiber disks, I was thinking maybe that's what I should use. I'll ask him what he thinks. I have to make sure I soak the POR-15 into the seams where the rust is too, to cover rust that may be in there. The fluidfilm should soak into any other rust I can't see.
