Trans-flush and radiator replacement order.

Actually, no; the issue I had was that the fittings that thread over the radiator nipples had actually fused to the steel lines going to the transmission. When I tried to wrench the fittings off, I ended up twisting the steel lines. I finally cut the lines with a Dremel and spliced in some rubber hose sections held in place with clamps. These lines don't carry too much pressure, and my shade tree fix has held up for about four years.

Yes, I think I'd flush the tranny before I put the new radiator in; others may have differing opinions.
