I've seen a few ford V8 140s, but to be honest unless you're going to cut out the inner fenders entirely and put in some tubular supports it's not a very desirable option.

If you keep the inner fenders the exhaust has to go out through them.

V8s go into 240s

The easiest way to get more power in a 140 is to supercharge it (v-performance.com)
