To prime the pump suction line try disconnecting the pipe on the suction side of the pump to see if fuel comes out by gravity. Use a suitable container under the pump/open line to catch anything that comes out. If nothing comes out, then try jacking the back end of the car up until fuel flows out of the disconnected line. If no fuel flows out and the level of fuel in the tank is higher than the open line, then there is something blocking the delivery pipe.

If you do get flow, then try filling the float bowls in the carbs to get her started. Once started, fuel pump operation can be verified at the glass filter -- assuming the filter is between the pump and carbs.
