I got an estimate from Midas for everything behind the cat on a '91 740. They wanted over $400. I bought an aftermarket kit from FCP Groton online and installed it myself. I was surprised at how easy it was to replace exhaust after paying to have it done all these years. Total cost, $130 and about two hours including safely jacking it up etc.
