Yes John, it's a sign of other modifications, like the coil and likely different ignition switch. Looks like some things are hanging below the dash as well. Although necessary when this PV was last restored, today with Internet (and Olof) there's no reason to look for other solutions, unless you are not a purist! I asked the seller to provide some background on the car and when/where it was last restored. It will be interesting to sit back and see what his reserve bid is and who ends up with this unique PV.
