Highish idle/fix or wait? 700 1990

I'd fix it, you may be causing tranny wear (read damage) from a higher idle sitting at stop lights, during shifting etc.

If you have Bosh 2.4 there is no speed adjustment, not sure on Regina. Your TPS may be just misadjusted or the body could be unclean, either is not costly.

It is not hard to do your self if you have an ohm meter.
