Not sure if you got problem fix, but I had this problem for months. I swapped "J" for "K" Relay. Only took "J", and put it in "K" spot (do this only for a few seconds). I Got lights. If this gives you lites, buy a K relay from the junkyard or something. Mine was $1.00. Been working fine every since.

Hopefully your relays are setup like mine.
