Headlights don't work 700 1988

The wires could be so corroded that they no longer conduct electricty eventhough they look fine from the outside. In my case it was that ground and I ran a new one from the light in question to the ground panel on the fender. Just an idea if the other don't pan out. Things can get pretty crusty under the hood depending upon where you live.
