One last bilstein question (well, maybe two . . .)

You will have to let the fit tell you. I have openned up cars with zero, one and both sides spacered. In my turbos, I had to use spacers for the Bils (talking HD here exclusively so far). I can't think of a case where I did not use the spacers with Bilstein HDs in any of the 240s, turbo or not. What you do not want to do is drive a car that needed spacers, but does not have them.
