www.fcpgroton.com has rebuilds starting at $600 US, with core exchange.

I'm pretty sure you won't want to remove the turbo. If I'm not mistaken, the head is different yielding a different compression ratio, and without the turbo, you'll end up with less horsepower than a N/A engine.
