You should certainly do what the others have suggested--it is easy and doesn't take long. But first you should make sure you have power going to the motor. I suggest you pull the wires off the motor to prevent the risk of burning the windings, then turn the key to the on position, pull on the heater fan switch, and check for voltage on the wires. If no voltage, trace the wiring back until you find the fault. Even if this is the problem, you should clean up the motor and lubricate it.
