I believe you turn the key one click to the right and
there is a small hole that you need to stick a pin in.
I guess anything that will fit like a paperclip, tiny allen, ect.
Once you push in with the pin that releases the key cylinder
and the lock comes apart.

Mind you, I have never had to do it, so wait for
someone else to confirm this. This question
has come up a few times recently, so you might
want to do a search as well.
