I understood all 89 760T and 780T's to have Turbo Plus. But it's been a long time since I read that... I could very well be wrong. It's happened before.

I was always told to look for one of those cars to source the Turbo Plus parts... wouldn't surprise me if it was still only available as a dealer installed option.
