Michael,

I bought one of the $10 camber/caster guages several years ago, virtually identical to the one you're looking at on eBay.

They make very good refrigerator magnets.

The one that I use now has 3 separate bubbles (neg camber, positive camber, and caster). It provides very accurate and repeatable measurements to within plus or minus 1/4 degree. IIRC, it cost me about $100 with shipping.
