I second that. A P.O. converted my 122 from auto to M40 and I curse the fact that they didn't just put an M41 in while they were doing the work. You'll get better mileage, the ride/noise will be more comfortable and you'll put less wear on the engine with an OD trans. I'm in the drawn-out process of rebuilding an M41 to put in sometime this spring or summer.
