If you're into the engine far enough to install a cam, replacing the sprockets would be no big deal. Pick up a set from any B230 in a junkyard.
If you can't locate some, I have enough spares I think to put together a set.
Honestly, it's just a matter of additionally taking apart the intermediate shaft gear- you'll already have everything else apart. The crank sprocket just slips off once the pulley and lower cover are removed.
If you're doing front engine seals, and you should be, you have to take all this off anyway. Then you just use the older style square tooth timing belt.
