Just got off the phone. A local auto paint place -- Mountain West Distributors -- found the code. They have a good paint available here in the UNO line, a paint by BASF. Their phone is (801) 484-5555.

Others, beware. Another paint place I had called said they had the Volvo code but said my color (67) was beige, not slate blue.
