So thanks to everyone who helped me through this whole ordeal. I cleaned up the connections on the throttle with the pencil eraser. I also cleaned up the terminals on the ignition switch. When I cleaned up the ignition switch I started to get a voltage reading to the #50 terminal on the starter which I didn't have before. I also found that my fuse panel had loose screws and caused the fuse panel to bounce so I secured that. With all of these steps I managed to get the car running fine (knock on wood). It's been about 5 days and no problem. Thanks again to everyone, I have now learned more about my car and have been able to keep another 140 on the road.
